To return a product, please submit a Return/Refund Request or request a Call Back from our support team via the Almozo.com customer portal within the time period specified in the Category Table below.
Our team will arrange for pickup from your Delhi address and share tracking details.
The return window is calculated from the date of delivery confirmation (as per courier records and OTP confirmation).
Once the product is received and verified to be in compliance with our return conditions, we will process your refund.
